At Kirvin's Wellness Center, we provide customized fitness programs to our clients, while educating and guiding them on proper nutrition, cardiovascular exercise, resistance training and attaining a healthier lifestyle. Clients sign up with a personal trainer to be motivated, educated, and held accountable while working towards their fitness goals.

 We understand that one size does not fit all. Therefore, before creating your personalized program, we would like to invite you to come in for a free fitness assessment.

During this evaluation, we will listen to your goals, discuss in detail your health and exercise history. We will assess your core strength, your muscular strength, your cardiovascular endurance, your flexibility and your Body Fat Composition.

Based on this assessment, we will give you a clear understanding of the path we'll take in developing a program designed specifically for your fitness needs.
